Contest Rules:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Contest Description: Each entry will be required to “LIKE” Belle City Amusements and FLStrawberryFestival Facebook pages and complete the entry form on the Belle City Amusements Facebook Contest page or from the Belle City Amusements website page.

Required Information: Each entry should include entrant's full name (and parent or guardian if under 18), city, age, phone number and email address. Submissions which fail to include this information will not be considered valid.

All entries must be sent electronically by 11:59 a.m. EST on February 26, 2013. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. The winners will be contacted via email or by phone and then announced to the public on the Belle City Amusements and Florida Strawberry Festival Facebook pages.

All entries submitted will belong exclusively to Belle City Amusements and the Florida Strawberry Festival and will not be returned. Belle City Amusements shall have the right to use, assign or dispose of entries however it sees fit without approval of or compensation to entrants or any third parties. Entrants will have no right of review or approval of how their entries will be used by both parties and shall not receive any compensation or credit for use of their entries other than that which is disclosed in these Official Contest Rules.

Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Belle City Amusements and Florida Strawberry Festival in its sole, reasonable discretion. All decisions made by Belle City Amusements and Florida Strawberry Festival are binding and final.

Prizes are not refundable or exchangeable.

Belle City Amusements and the Florida Strawberry Festival are not responsible for weather. Rides may be closed temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds. Rides will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. Refunds or rain checks for inclement weather are not offered.

All safety rules and restrictions are in effect. Typical safety restrictions include height requirements, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines. These restrictions are listed on the Belle City Amusements web site, and on signs posted at each ride. Every ride has a height requirement and some rides and attractions require children to be accompanied by an adult. Guests with certain body proportions, height and/or weight may not be able to participate on certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at the ride and at Guest Services.

The food and game play prize coupons are only redeemable at concessions and games inside the Belle City Amusements “midway” area at the Florida Strawberry Festival.

ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner notification and acceptance: The winner will be notified by email or phone on or about February 28th, 2013 and then posted on the Belle City Amusements and Florida Strawberry Festival Facebook page. The winner or winner’s parent/guardian if under 18 agrees to allow Belle City Amusements and Florida Strawberry Festival to use his/her name for publicity purposes.

Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Contest Rules. Contest entrants will not be compensated or reimbursed for their experience submissions. Belle City Amusements and Florida Strawberry Festival are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries.
