Our midway offers full service and convenient amenities to provide the most comfortable and safe midway experience. Our centrally located Guest Services will assist in all our guests needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the rides have different height requirements?

Size Up For Safe Fun is a safety program designed for your safety. Yes, all rides at Belle City Amusements have height requirements. All riding guests are required to meet all ride height requirements.Save time by measuring your child in advance at home or at our Size Up for Safe Fun measuring charts located by ticket purchase point locations. After finding the correct measurement, look for the Size Up for Safe Fun signs posted at each ride to ensure safety and timely movement through the ride lines.

Please be advised that children under 42 inches may be required to ride some of the attractions with a paying adult rider for safety purposes. Additionally there are a limited number of rides available for children under 36 inches tall.

Are there rides that require a child to be accompanied by an adult or
responsible person?

Every ride has a height requirement. There are some rides that require a paying adult to accompany their child. Please refer to our ride list for a complete restrictions and height requirements.

What is considered exceptional size where rides are concerned?

Safety is our number one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, height and/or weight may not be able to participate on certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at the ride and at Guest Services.

Where can I buy ride tickets at discounted prices?

Advance discount ride tickets and all day ride passes are available only at participating events. Please check our Fairs and Events Schedule which provides information on advance discounted tickets. Please feel free to email or Guest Services with any additional questions about ticket sales you may have.

What happens if I lose my tickets or ride wristband?

You need to take great care of your tickets and wristbands as these are non-replaceable and non-refundable, even if you have a copy or receipt. If you are bringing advance ride tickets to the midway be sure you pack them safely and redeem them at your earliest convenience upon arrival.

Are there restrictions for guests with casts?

Yes, if the casts impairs you from safely sitting in or on the ride and safety restraints cannot be fastened, you will not be allowed to ride.

Are there restrictions for guests with prosthetic devices?

There are restrictions on certain rides, depending on the prosthetic device. If the prosthetic devise impairs you from safely sitting in or on the ride and safety restraints cannot be fastened, you will not be allowed to ride.

Do any of the rides close when weather is rainy or severe?

For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Concessions and games will remain open unless conditions are extremely severe. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. All tickets and wristbands are non-refundable. Unfortunately we do not provide re-bands, refunds or rainchecks.

Do you have restrooms available at the Midway and Fair?

You’ll find restrooms located throughout the Midway and Fair.

Are pets allowed on the Midway?

Please note that our Midways do not permit pets. Service animals providing service for a guest with a disability or certified service animals in training are welcome on the Midway.

What are the operating hours?

What are the current ticket prices?

Belle City Amusements offers a variety of ticket combinations. At the majority of our events we have advance discounted tickets available and all day ride passes available. Single tickets are $1.00 each. Every ride requires between 3 – 5 tickets.

Do tickets have an expiration date?

All day ride passes are restricted to one day of riding. Our single midway tickets are valid for the entire event.

Are there rides for small children to enjoy?

Belle City Amusements has some of the most exciting family rides that your thrill seekers in training will enjoy! Please refer to our ride list for complete list of rides.

What ride restrictions are there?

Typical safety restrictions include height requirements, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines. These restrictions are listed on the ride list here online and on signs posted at each ride.

What kinds of food does the park have?

Belle City Amusements has something for everyone to enjoy. We have all your fair favorites, from fresh dipped corn dogs, freshly cut French fries, popcorn, caramel apples, deep fried candy bars, funnel cakes and much more.

How do I find out what’s happening at the Midway or Fair?

Please visit our Schedule and Events Schedule. We have provided the website links to our fair partners where you can explore all the exciting daily schedules.

What do I need to remember before visiting the Midway?

Always prepare for weather. Pack a hat, rain poncho, sunscreen and the appropriate clothing in case the weather suddenly turns wet or unseasonably warm or cool. Be sure that all loose articles such as keys, phones and wallets are secure before riding.

How do I find something that I lost on the Midway?

The best way to find an item lost on our Midway is to visit the Lost & Found, which is located at the Guest Services on the Midway.If you are not able to visit Lost & Found in person you can contact us through our Website and your information will be routed to Lost & Found for a response.We encourage guests to leave valuables at home and to always secure loose keys, cell phones and other properties while riding the rides.

Can you page someone on the Midway?

We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through our Midway. You can leave messages for other members of your party at our conveniently located Guest Services or Midway office on-site.

What if I am a Guest with a disability?

We welcome guests with special needs and we’re always happy to help make your day a comfortable and memorable one. For information on services offered to guests with disabilities, please visit our Guest Services or Midway office on-site.

What if I get separated from my parents, children or friends on the Midway?

If you become separated from your parents, children or friends, please go to our Guest Services or Midway Office for assistance. Messages for separated parties can be left at our Guest Services or Midway Office. Be sure to always coordinate a meeting place in case you get separated during your visit.

Does the Midway have amenities such as ATM’s?

When strolling our beautiful midway you will notice many of our guest amenities including ATM’s, hand sanitizing stations, food courts and shaded seating areas.

Do you rent strollers and wheelchairs?

Belle City Amusements does not rent strollers or wheelchairs however our fair partners usually provide such a service. Please contact the fair for complete rental information.

Is there a place to store my belongings inside the fair or midway?

Belle City Amusements and our fair partners do not have a locker or storage service.

Is the Midway SMOKEFREE?

For the comfort of everyone we encourage a SMOKE-FREE Kiddieland. Belle City Amusements has a “No-Smoking on the Midway” employee policy.

Which days are usually the least busy?

We cannot predict from one day to the next however weekdays always tend to be less busy. Line-ups will be shorter and you will get the most out of your experience.

Does the midway and fair have security on-site?

Your safety is our priority. We work with local authorities in each community we entertain. At many of our events, guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. You should leave inappropriate items at home or in your car.

Which credit cards are acceptable for ticket purchases?

We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

Do we offer Currency Exchange?

We do not offer a Currency Exchange.

Are flip flops acceptable on rides?

Improper riding footwear (flip flops, sandals, etc) may cause injury and be prohibited on some rides. You may wear them at your own risk.
