Belle City Amusements owns the original Yo Yo that was first produced by Chance Rides of Wichita, Kansas. Riders sit individually in swings, attached to over head sweeps with chains. As the ride begins to spin, the sweeps lift up, and the swings swing outward. When the ride gets up to full speed, the center of the ride tilts at a 10° angle, giving riders a waving motion.
